Shipping and Return Policy

ShippingShipments are sent according to the method you choose. The package will be sent either UPS, USPS, or FedEx within the 48 contiguous US states.
Delivery service is available for Local Orders Only (Greensboro, High Point, Pleasant Garden, Reidsville, Summerfield, Kernresville, Oak Ridge and Winston-Salem - North Carolina) according to the following rates:
- Local Delivery Rate to Greensboro, High Point, Pleasant Garden (NC) is $12.50.
- Local Delivery Rate to Reidsville, Summerfield, Oak Ridge, Kernersville and Winston-Salem (NC) is $17.50.
Your order will ship out or be delivered in 1-2 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and all APO Addresses should be processed using UPS as the carrier.
Return and Refund Policy No refunds, exchanges only. As our items are perishable in nature, returns cannot be accepted. If you have any questions or problems, please call 336-373-0378 and speak to one of our sales representatives. You may also email us at information@fishersweets.com and a sales representative will return your email or a phone call if you give us a phone number. For packages damaged or lost during transit please contact the carrier to file a claim.
